End User Agreement of Spylix

This End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “User Agreement”) was last updated on January 1, 2026.

PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING, DOWNLOADING, OR INSTALLING THE SPYLIX SOFTWARE. BY PURCHASING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SPYLIX SOFTWARE, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

This User Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and Spylix. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are strictly required to notify any user of the target device regarding the installation of Spylix. Failure to provide such notice may violate applicable local, state, federal, or international laws in your jurisdiction and may expose you to criminal and civil penalties, as well as costly litigation. You hereby certify and agree that Spylix shall be used solely for legal parental monitoring of your minor children, or on devices for which you have obtained express, written, and lawful consent from the device owner. You agree to explicitly notify the target device’s owner or user that the software is deployed strictly for these authorized and lawful purposes.

The installation and use of the Spylix Software on any device are strictly subject to the following terms and conditions:

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of the applicable license fees, Spylix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for your personal, lawful monitoring purposes. Under this license, you are bound by the following obligations:

• To install and operate Spylix exclusively on devices that you legally own, or for which you have been granted explicit legal authorization, subject to the specific type and number of licenses you have purchased.
• To access and use the data made available on the Spylix control panel solely for authorized, lawful monitoring purposes after careful review of applicable laws.
• To use the software to monitor only specific, authorized applications or cloud-based information.
• To strictly refrain from using Spylix to monitor any applications, accounts, or information that you do not have an absolute legal right to monitor.
• To refrain from deploying the software on any cloud-based platform or network in a manner that allows usage on multiple devices not explicitly covered by the terms of your purchased license.
• You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to investigate, determine, and comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws regarding your legal rights to monitor any device, application, or account.

The Spylix software is licensed exclusively to individuals who possess the requisite legal authority to monitor the target device, account, or application. Installing this software on a device, account, or application that you do not legally own, or for which you lack explicit legal authorization, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of such a breach, you shall assume full and exclusive liability for any resulting legal proceedings, including but not limited to, statutory damages, monetary fines, criminal prosecution, and civil sanctions.

By accepting these terms, you covenant and agree that you will not use Spylix to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise infringe upon the privacy rights, civil liberties, or any other legal rights of any third party. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spylix, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising out of your improper, unlawful, or unauthorized use of the software.

Spylix reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, to provide uninstallation instructions or assistance to any individual who submits a legitimate complaint indicating that the Spylix software has been installed on their device without their knowledge or lawful consent.

As an account holder, the data you transmit to our servers is encrypted. Spylix maintains a strict privacy policy and will not disclose your data to third parties, except when required to do so in compliance with a valid subpoena, court order, law enforcement request, or other binding legal processes.
